1. Scope: These Terms apply to all Footballata services (digital platform, training camps, performance analysis).
2. Services: Creation of player profiles, organization of camps, data collection & analysis, individual reports.
3. Registration & Participation: Registration via platform or on-site, fees paid in advance, parental consent for U18.
4. Prices & Payment: Prices published online, payment via bank, online or cash, cancellation policy applies.
5. Cancellation Policy: Up to 14 days ® full refund, up to 7 days ® 50%, less than 7 days ® no refund.
6. Participant Obligations: Follow coaches’ instructions, comply with safety, players responsible for fitness & health.
7. Liability: Footballata not liable for injuries or lost items, only liable in case of gross negligence or intent.
8. Data Protection: Data (GPS, video, stats) used for analysis and development, and published on Footballata for marketing & visibility. Processed under GDPR in Europe. Players may request deletion anytime.
9. Intellectual Property: Photos/videos may be used for marketing with consent, player profiles belong to Footballata but manageable by player.
10. Final Provisions: Governed by local law, invalid terms do not affect validity of others.
